1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (‘Terms’) govern your access to the software and services offered under the DEVIN DMA brand (‘DEVIN’, ‘we’ or ‘us’). By accessing or using those services, you agree to these Terms. Read them alongside the EULA, Return Policy and Privacy Policy before purchasing or using a product.
2. Account use
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and license keys confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Tell DEVIN support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a compromised password.
3. Prohibited activities
You must not:
- Share the DEVIN loader, software or associated files with others.
- Attempt or threaten to crack, bypass or circumvent security or license controls.
- Share, sell or transfer your login credentials or license key.
- Disrupt the services, interfere with their operation or misuse another user’s access.
4. Payments and refunds
Only a product clearly identified at checkout as a recurring subscription renews automatically. Before you pay, the billing amount, renewal interval and cancellation method must be disclosed. By expressly agreeing to that subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the stated interval, monthly where specified, until cancellation. A one-time purchase does not renew automatically.
All software sales are final. Software purchases are non-refundable for any reason, without exception.
This applies to every software license and subscription, including incompatibility, failure to start, missing functionality, dissatisfaction or a change of mind.
A ‘Lifetime’ purchase provides access to the product until it is discontinued, with a minimum term of 18 months from purchase. Lifetime purchases are covered by the same final-sale policy as all other software purchases. No full or partial refund is offered if the product is discontinued, including before the end of that minimum term.
DEVIN does not currently sell hardware. If hardware is offered: All hardware sales are final. Hardware products are non-refundable and non-returnable for any reason, without exception.
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. For billing questions or account assistance, contact DEVIN support.
5. Termination
DEVIN may terminate your account and access to its services if you violate these Terms. Termination may also result in a ban from future purchases without a refund.
6. Limitation of liability
DEVIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from or connected with the use of the software or services.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and Germany, without regard to their conflict-of-law principles.
