1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement (‘EULA’) sets out the terms between you (‘User’ or ‘you’) and DEVIN DMA (‘DEVIN’, ‘we’ or ‘us’) for the use of DEVIN software and related services (‘Software’). By installing, copying or using the Software, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.
2. License grant
Subject to this EULA and the access period you purchase, DEVIN grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Software for personal use or internal business purposes. The Software is licensed to you, not sold, and the license does not transfer ownership of it.
3. Restrictions
You must not:
- Distribute the Software, loader or related files to anyone, including another licensed user.
- Attempt or threaten to crack, bypass or defeat the Software’s security or licensing controls.
- Share your account credentials, license key or access with another person.
- Sell, resell or attempt to transfer your account credentials or license.
4. Termination
DEVIN reserves the right to terminate your license if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete every copy in your possession or control.
5. Automatic renewal
Only a product clearly identified at checkout as a recurring subscription renews automatically. Before you pay, the billing amount, renewal interval and cancellation method must be disclosed. By expressly agreeing to that subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the stated interval, monthly where specified, until cancellation. A one-time purchase does not renew automatically.
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through the link provided in your confirmation email. If you cannot access that link, contact support. Cancellation stops charges for subsequent months, and your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refund is provided for the current billing cycle.
6. Limitation of liability
DEVIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from or connected with the use of the software or services.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and Germany, without regard to their conflict-of-law principles.
